Who does the Design?

We all do! After all, that's what you went to school for, isn't it? Teams are led by a principal and a project manager, with other members as needed. Our designs are driven by our client's needs and influenced by community and neighborhood context. We frequently generate alternate schemes and discuss the merits of each, both in-house and with our clients. We 'll take a good idea from anyone!

We try to schedule people so they will get experience in all phases of a project. We ask people for their preferences, and try to give work assignments accordingly wherever possible.
