Peters,
Clayberg & Caulfield, a predecessor to Muller & Caulfield, completed
fifteen facilities for World Savings between 1980 and 1988: two branches in
Colorado, twelve in Northern California and the Lakeshore office building
in Oakland. In addition to complete free-standing structures, several of the
branches were designed for intergration with adjacent shopping centers.
The scope
of responsibilty included complete architectural and interior design services.
In addition to the 'Banking Hall,' each branch, of about 4,000 square feet,
contains open spaces for loan officers and new accounts, a conference room
and staff meeting and lunch facilities. |
